A NOD TO. REEDSY
I’m approaching my 5th anniversary with Reedsy, hired during Covid. Can’t believe it!
I have collaborated with several hundred aspiring picture book authors and illustrators.
I continue to receive hundreds of inquiries, usually several daily, but I remain specialized
In picture book collaborations. I keep very busy. I highly recommend Reedsy as a professional
resource and I’m excited to be a part of their expanding services. As Reedsy grows,
so does its solid reputation in the publishing industry.
I have enjoyed working on so many diverse editing projects over the past several years.
Several authors have successfully self-published and I enjoy my expanding library of
autographed books with inscriptions thanking me for my editorial contributions. It’s
so gratifying to hold in my hands the end result of our hard work together.
It’s also special to cultivate ongoing relationships with authors and illustrators through Reedsy.
Several have returned to me for repeat consults on new manuscripts. In each case, we have developed
an mutual understanding of style, voice and approach…a special “shorthand,” if you will. I look
forward to enriching these in the future.
